Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major public health problem in Indonesia and requires long-term treatment with Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs (ATD). Limited patient knowledge regarding the disease and its treatment is one of the obstacles in TB control efforts. Pharmacists play an important role in providing drug education to improve patient understanding. This community service activity aimed to improve and evaluate the level of knowledge of tuberculosis patients through Anti-Tuberculosis Drug education delivered by pharmacists. The results showed an increase in patients’ knowledge across all indicators after the educational intervention. Knowledge regarding the duration of TB treatment increased from 60% to 90%, adherence to medication use increased from 71.7% to 96.7%, and understanding of the impact of treatment interruption increased from 66.7% to 96.7%. In addition, patients’ understanding of TB definition, symptoms, and clean and healthy living behaviors reached maximum scores in the post-test. Anti- Tuberculosis Drug education provided by pharmacists was proven to be effective in improving patient knowledge and has the potential to support TB control efforts in primary healthcare facilities.
